2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Platform:

• Accessing, probing, or scanning the Platform or its infrastructure in ways that are not authorized or intended (including penetration testing without prior written permission)
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security or access controls
• Overloading the Platform or abusing resources in a way that degrades performance for others
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers in violation of our rate limits or documentation
• Uploading, distributing, or facilitating malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing campaigns
• Launching or participating in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or similar abuse

2.2 Content Misuse

• Submitting, posting, or sharing content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful
• Distributing content that infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property rights
• Sharing personal or sensitive information of others without proper authorization or consent
• Publishing false, misleading, or deceptive content, including scams and fraudulent offers
• Posting or promoting content that is obscene, sexually explicit, excessively violent, or incites hatred or discrimination
• Using the Platform to support fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal business practices

2.3 SEO-Specific Prohibited Uses

• Using the Platform to plan, execute, or support "black hat" SEO tactics
• Generating or managing large-scale spam link schemes or link farms
• Creating doorway pages, cloaking, or other manipulative techniques aimed at search engines
• Analyzing or optimizing websites that are clearly engaged in illegal or abusive activity
• Using automation to manipulate search engine rankings or metrics in deceptive ways
• Engaging in keyword stuffing, hidden text, or similar practices intended solely to deceive search engines

2.4 Commercial Misuse

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Services without our express permission
• Impersonating SeoSpeedup, our employees, or our partners
• Using our trademarks, logos, or branding without written authorization
• Engaging in unfair or deceptive practices, including false affiliation or endorsement claims
• Using the Platform to promote products or services that directly compete with SeoSpeedup in a misleading way

3. Resource and Rate Limits

To maintain platform stability and a fair experience for all users, we apply certain resource and rate limits, which may include:

• API request rate limits, as described in our technical documentation
• Concurrent request limits based on your subscription plan
• Storage, project, or report generation quotas tied to your account type
• Additional safeguards we may implement to prevent abuse or misuse

Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, temporary suspension of access, or additional charges where explicitly agreed to in advance.

4. Third-Party Websites and Data

When you use the Platform to analyze or interact with third-party websites, you must:

• Ensure you have the right or permission to analyze the relevant website or property
• Respect robots.txt and other access-control mechanisms set by the website owner
• Avoid causing unreasonable load, disruption, or harm to third-party systems
• Use any insights or data obtained from such analysis in a lawful, ethical, and compliant manner
• Assume responsibility for how you act on analysis or recommendations provided by the Platform

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 We reserve the right (but do not undertake an obligation) to monitor use of the Platform for signs of abuse, security issues, or violations of this Policy.

5.2 If we believe your use violates this Policy, we may, in our sole discretion:

• Issue warnings or request that you remedy the violation
• Throttle, limit, or temporarily suspend your access to certain features or APIs
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy
• Terminate your account or access to the Services
• Refuse to provide future services to you
• Report conduct to law enforcement or other authorities, where appropriate

5.3 We reserve the right to determine, in our reasonable judgment, whether any activity violates this Policy.
